Department Overview
The Digital Channel is one of our key distribution channels. The Digital Channel has a global mandate and an enterprise-wide strategy for the online and mobile channels across TDBG. The aim of the channel is to deliver an exceptional, seamless and effortless experience for customers and clients who manage their finances online and via mobile. The Digital Channel is accountable for the online and mobile strategy, customer experience and distribution of products and services across businesses.

Job Description
•Collaborates with executive sponsor and members of the senior executive team to establish vision, clarity and aligns the portfolio with the strategic and tactical direction of the business
•Engages executive sponsor and relevant business leaders to ensure active participation on project / program / portfolio initiatives
•Establishes effective project / program / portfolio oversight and other governance bodies, and engages the appropriate levels to support the direction for the project / program / portfolio
•Oversees the delivery of project / program / portfolio spanning across all Project Tiers and owns outcomes that are aligned to established cost, timing, deliverable and scope objectives and ensures alignment with strategic direction of business.
•Owns overall accountability for managing risk across the portfolio and oversees the identification, tracking and mitigation plans of project risk on an aggregated / consolidated portfolio basis, providing an understanding of trending within the portfolio (i.e., risk related to technology, change management, procurement, business process management, requirements management)
•Oversees enterprise gating and governance controls to ensure the overall portfolio meets all the performance, quality and compliance standards and conforms to appropriate methodology
•Provides oversight for the forecasting and management of budgets across multiple projects/programs in alignment with Finance standards
•Oversees financial planning and management process as part of project planning and scoping for multiple concurrent projects across LoBs
•May manage multiple cross-LoB Project and Program Directors and / or additional project resources, consisting of Business Analysts, Requirements SMEs, Business SMEs and Technology Resources where applicable to the project / program / portfolio
•Oversees multiple projects / programs aligned to portfolio, external vendors, project managers and consultants across multiple businesses
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree required; PMP designation is an asset
• Financial Industry experience (banking, wealth, insurance etc.) or telecom
• Minimum of 10 progressive years or more experience in large program management with investment of 5MM and over; experience managing multiple Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects
• Experience with ecommerce, online and mobile space definite asset
• Solid understanding of technology/experience
• Proven project management skills, with an ability to provide oversight and coordination of multiple projects/changing priorities concurrently under tight timelines and with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven people leadership expertise managing large teams
• Ability to positively influence decisions and facilitate change management through negotiation, collaboration and leadership
• Flexible and adaptable to change in both environment, process, and shifting priorities
• Proven experience in large/multiphase or multi-project frameworks with complex interdependencies
• Financial management for large projects $1-10MM (building budget,financials, forecasts, and overall financial management)
• Effective communication across a broad stakeholder group – technology, business, senior executives
• Skilled at resource balancing, prioritization (risk/impact analysis) and conflict management
• Experience with Waterfall, iterative, and Agile development and modified/combined methodology approaches
• Experience in program management (from definition, management, financials, execution) is an asset
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Visio
• Familiar with the TDBG Project Management Methodology would be an asset
