Background on the Position
The Private Banking Group (PBG) Assistant Vice President of Cash Management Marketing will partner with the Banking Services Team and be responsible for designing, building and implementing integrated marketing strategies to drive advisor and client engagement in Cash Management Services. This individual should have demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in Card marketing and expertise in developing and carrying out marketing plans. This role reports into Private Bank Group Vice President of Cash Management Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities
-In partnership with the PBG product partners, create, develop and oversee the execution of marketing strategies to drive cash management adoption.
-Collaborate with card issuing partner to create impactful and measurable marketing campaigns, including creative, copywriting and messaging, and full campaign execution.
-Support engagement and marketing activities of new cash management program.
-Partner with the Wealth Management Marketing and PBG teams to develop and execute innovative cross platform marketing campaigns to drive FA and client engagement
-Support in research, development, and marketing execution of new products.
-Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including mailers, emails, social channels.
-Manage vendor relationships to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
-Collaborate with Legal and Compliance partners to facilitate the timely review and approval of materials
Qualifications
Skills required (essential)
-B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in Marketing, Communications; MBA a plus.
-A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry
-Experience with leveraging multiple marketing channels such as digital and direct marketing
-Ability to perform marketing analysis including segmentation; analyzing and interpreting results
-Develop creative solutions in highly matrixed organization
-Foster collaborative relationships across functional teams
-Card marketing experience a plus
-Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
