Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading the Hudson and Lone Star transfer pricing from a global standpoint. This will include providing support for the deal teams when setting the terms of related party transactions. Also, this position will focus on drafting and/or reviewing the required contemporaneous documentation.
Essential Functions:
• Globally responsible for global transfer pricing economic analysis and related documentation
• Globally responsible for transfer pricing calculations, testing, documentation and enforcement
• Participate and provide support to transfer pricing audit inquiries and controversy resolution
• Assist with execution and analysis of new agreements and the maintenance of existing agreements
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments relating to transfer pricing and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting initiatives (BEPS)
• Develop and maintain transfer pricing strategies to facilitate business decisions
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of transfer pricing laws in the U.S. and other major global economies
• Knowledge of major tax law challenges in the transfer pricing environment such as Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (“BEPS”)
• Knowledge of OECD transfer pricing laws and regulations
• Knowledge of IRS practice and procedure as related to transfer pricing audits
• Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability
• High attention to detail and accountability in analytical assessments
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing with all levels of management
• Hard-working, detail oriented and committed to producing great end results
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment with many competing priorities

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other relevant field
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years transfer pricing experience in an accounting firm or multinational organization
• Prior experience developing financial or statistical models
• Private equity or hedge fund tax experience a plus
Other Skills:
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge, including ability to summarize data via formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, etc.
• Must be fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Essbase and/or Oracle experience a plus.
Work Environment:
• This job operates in a professional office environment
• This position’s hours vary depending on business activity.
Travel Requirements:
• This position does require domestic and international travel. Must be willing to travel up to 10-15% of the time as business needs require.
