This role reposts into a SVP and will be responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide sponsorships and experiential marketing events. He/she develops and maintains a sponsorship roadmap, prioritizes opportunities, manages sponsorship agencies, and designs experiential marketing campaigns. He/she also manages existing sponsorships and evaluates potential new sponsorships to strategically increase the sponsorship footprint.
Responsibilities
• Leads sponsorships activities, including the evaluation of new opportunities, the cadence and execution planning for current sponsorships, and the partnership with creative teams on asset management.
• Develops communication plans, including ideation around brand successes, learnings, and new opportunities.
• Manages vendor communications and evaluations. Analyzes opportunities and provides comprehensive data-driven point of views and recommendations to leadership across the enterprise.
• Leads cross-functional sponsorship huddles with other teams.
• Develops and maintains a multi-year sponsorship roadmap.
• Designs an experiential marketing roadmap and works with media and sponsorship agencies to execute it.
Skills:
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
• Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication/presentation skills with prior external facing roles
• Financial Services experience
• Agency background activating big brands
• Prior experience with strong level of accountability
