Position Description Overview
This position is responsible for executing their role within First Data flawlessly and with the client focus front of mind. The position will provide leadership and guidance to various levels in delivering and/or effectively supporting programs, processes and procedures, as well as remain compliant to all legal, regulatory and service level obligations.
Job Responsibilities
• Accountable for tracking client volume, process validation, and delivery of required statistical information that has direct effect on client SLA deliverables
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients
• Works as a strong team player by building organizational networks, engagement and expertise that is shared across projects
Scope of Job
Provide reports to meet client requirements. Work closely with automation of processes.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 to 4 years experience with Microsoft products Excel and Word. Experience with SharePoint a plus
