Description:
In this role you will collaborate across technology teams and partners to support and help craft the product vision and roadmap. You will drive the Total Cost of Product creation and analysis and work with Digital Workplace teams to develop TCO modeling to support strategic priorities and investment.
Requirements:
• Implement Total Cost of Product program with applicable reporting and analysis to track product performance post launch and evaluate future investment
• Produce return on investment analyses and optimization recommendations
• Identify risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs
• Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope
• Partner with analytics and use internal data tools to understand measure success and impact to critical metrics
• Work with leadership to define and articulate a long-term product strategy and roadmap with clearly defined business metrics and targets
• Support organizational data quality for Jira/Rally
• Collaborate effectively and build key relationships with other Product Managers, Product Owners, Change Management, Marketing Teams, Engineering Teams, and other Partner Programs and Application Teams to identify and manage dependencies and to solve problems creatively.

Qualifications
Are you ready to be at the center of it all?
• Bachelor’s degree required or comparable experience
• Previous experience creating TCO views and CBA analysis
• Experience with Jira/Rally preferred
• The successful candidate must possess strong data analysis, analytical decision-making and documentation skills
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities based on customer needs
• Ability to effectively plan and coordinate to accomplish project deliverables
• Must have excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills.
• Self-starter who can function effectively within a diverse and globally-dispersed team.
• Strong experience in Product Management with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategy.
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
