Establishes and maintains a high level of customer service. Effectively communicates with all levels of personnel and management. Responsible for daily reconciliation balancing for International Acquirers, provisioning access for Diner’s Club International, Pulse and Discover Network’s International and Domestic Issuers and Financial Institutions, reset passwords for Diner’s Club International, Pulse and Discover Network’s International and Domestic Issuers and Financial Institutions. Provides network support for special projects, research, and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
• Responds to calls and inquiries.
• Responsible for balancing and reconciliation.
• Reviews and updates procedures.
• Training and development.
• Special projects.
Skills:
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Bookkeeping, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Service, Bookkeeping, or related field
