Job Description
Retail Support Center Data Entry Specialist
The Retail Support Center (RSC) Data Entry Specialist is responsible for collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of business account opening information.

Successful incumbents possess strong attention to detail, the ability to problem solve and detail oriented and the ability to analyze and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
Reporting Information/Location
This position is in our Retail Support Center at 3701 Hamlin Road, Auburn Hills, MI 48326 and reports to the Manager of the Retail Support Center. This position has no direct reports.
Responsibilities:
• Compile, verify accuracy and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Enter customer and account data (text based and numerical information) from source documents within time limits.
• Scan documents and print files, when needed.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting and incompatibilities and checking output.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Research and advise management of further information needed for incomplete documents.
• Other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year experience of customer service experience
• 1 year of utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint; personal computer; system data entry or Internet search
