Department Overview
Fraud Business Analyst III will provide project oversight across US Fraud Management while also producing on business support activities. This role supports the Strategic Transformation and Partner Integration team and is heavily involved with multiple business partners to bring the Fraud perspective to every relationship and interaction. Responsibilities of the Business Analyst III include, but are not limited to, maintaining internal and business partner routines, document preparation, input aggregation from peer groups, serving as Fraud representative in regular routines while interacting and presenting updates to senior leadership. Candidates for this role must be able to work effectively with limited oversight and manage their time well.

Works independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levels.
Coaches other team members, as appropriate, within area of expertise.
Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including the retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services and North American business partners such as TD Wealth Management, TD Ameritrade and TD Insurance.
Helps senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis and various corporate and business line initiatives.
Works with line of business team members/ resource.
Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, outside contacts as necessary.
Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes.
Adds financial value to company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company.
Job Requirements
Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
3-5 Years of related experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
Exceptional active listening skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
Preferred:
• Superior organizational skills
• Works independently on complex initiatives with minimal supervision
• Ability to remain flexible with shifting priorities and to function under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
• Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including the retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services and North American business partners
• Project coordination and management
• Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
• Project reporting to ensure all business leaders and stakeholders are informed of project progress and key issues
• Logging and completion of project and compliance documentation to meet project and risk partner requirements
