This role is responsible for driving Consideration and Engagement by managing a set of individual features. In this role, this person will focus on delivering exceptional, frictionless customer experiences that will be best in class and drive continuous improvement, and track progress against a clearly defined value based scorecard. Additionally, this individual will manage and ensure operational management of these features.
This role is responsible for product management including customer experience, operational, performance, and roadmap development. This person manages product strategy for individual products and features.
Responsibilities
• Leads efforts to manage compliance controls and risks.
• Develops product scorecards and manages key performance indicators against annual goals. Communicates product performance to management.
• Analyzes industry and consumer trends. Identifies consumer insight opportunities and makes recommendations that will convey product roadmap decisions.
• Develops, prioritizes, and oversees the execution of products and features. Implements in line with project plan requirements.
• Leads and influences teams to deliver an integrated experience across all channels.
Skills:
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field
• 4+ years of Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related field
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Customer Service, Product Management, Process Management, Digital, Vendor Management, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
• Master’s Degree in Business, or related field
• 7+ years of Product Management experience with a focus in digital innovation & design
• Experience in reporting & analytics to support product design
