Position Description
Reporting to the Director, Digital Product, the Digital Product Analyst will be responsible for implementing digital sales enhancements across Ally businesses in authenticated and mobile app experiences -- working collaboratively with digital sales product owners responsible for each line of business. Acts as primary product owner for help center and FAQs.
Job Responsibilities
• Develops, manages and implements digital product backlog and roadmap
• Participates in daily/weekly agile routines with the team (stand ups, planning, refinement)
• Identifies trends and opportunities to enhance coverage areas within FAQs and help center; implements solutions to improve the customer self-service journey and reduce contact center costs
• Balances a sales and service minded approach to create experiences that deliver incremental business value while ensuring compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
• Remains engaged in all steps of the enhancement and sprint process, including business validation/testing and participation in regularly scheduled technology releases
• Works with analytics to define tagging and reporting requirements
• Defines and implements A/B tests and communicates results
• Creates materials for and provides updates in various forums
Qualifications
• 0 to 3 years of experience of professional digital product development experience or related coursework
• Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience and using VOC to measure success
• Critical thinker, driven by data, strong analysis skills and an enthusiasm for digital
• Thrives in a fast-paced, self-directed, team environment and is comfortable presenting ideas and concepts across all levels, both inside and external to the organization
• Detailed-oriented and able to perform tasks at all levels, including some routine tasks
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology or related field
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Able to grasp technical concepts and convey them in a simple, friendly manner
• Strong PC skills required: Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency are a must
• Experience with web analytics tools a plus (Adobe, Google)
