Description
Carries out major assignments in conducting and supporting the operations and client servicing functions for the business or one or more National Settlement Relationship Manager. Is responsible for the day-to-day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington, in terms of the establishment, documentation, maintenance and servicing of the relationship, and interpreting contracts in an effort to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Maintains an effective rapport with clients and Huntington personnel. Services customers by providing detailed information on specific accounts and disbursing funds as appropriate. Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems regarding matters of significance. Acts as the subject matter expert regarding trust products or Treasury Management products, positioning the colleague as a consultant to segment management and enabling them to make decisions in the absence of an officer. Advises and counsels clients on bank products and services.
Assists the sales function or an officer by processing and maintaining accurate and complete documentation. May attend meetings and presentations independently or with an officer. Compiles information from a variety of sources to prepare various reports. Communicates information by composing memos and correspondence to clients, officers, attorneys, agencies and others. Maintains up to date knowledge and may train others on products, services, departmental systems and related technology, policies and procedures. Maintains knowledge of the wide range of products and services options offered to the National Settlement client base.
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• 3 or more years of banking/financial services experience
