Job Description:
This is a process and risk management driven role requiring experience with demand management/intake administration, process and data analysis, project and program management, business process mapping and management of process improvement, including defining and measuring improvement and success.
• Supports the Customer Advocacy Operations team focused on Customer Advocacy operations, complaint governance, process mapping, and other centralized functions (e.g., executive reporting, Board reporting, capacity management, etc.)
• Responsible for managing the administrative components of demand management and intake for all of Customer Advocacy
• Support will range from building, enhancing and/or managing the administrative components of a demand management/intake process including management of tools, workflows, and reporting, as well as capacity planning, and identifying improvement opportunities
• Work with Customer Advocacy leaders to help manage intake of project and research demands, issue management, and change management and help prioritize and provide insight to the capacity management of Customer Advocacy
• Assists with the production and oversight of the development of enterprise complaint reports and executive committee reports
• Provides assistance with the coordination, tracking, and reporting on audit, risk and regulatory related meetings, reviews, and exams
• Create all supportive process documentation, process, and reporting, as required; establish cadence for sharing information across Customer Advocacy
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or High School diploma with 9 years of experience with operational demand management, project management and/or capacity management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with operational demand management, project management and/or capacity management
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong organizational, administrative, analytical, technical and project planning and management skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Logical problem solver, ability to anticipate next steps and potential road blocks
• Demonstrated history of performing in fast-paced environment. Able to deliver high quality work and meet deadlines
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate and work well in teams
