Sr Analyst, Risk Management
Overview:
The St. Louis Controller team provides guidance and advisory services to assess and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the business unit internal control processes and oversight of the financial processes. The Senior Analyst will support the Operation & Technology and Payment Transactions Services America business units driving internal control compliance, evolving the operational risk management, and customer audit reviews.
The position will be required to build and foster relationships across the organization at various levels.

Role:
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of self-assessments and reviews for various IT and/or business operations risks, testing procedures and make recommendations for improvement where needed.
• Conduct reviews of policies, flow charts and standard operating procedures related to Mastercard’s internal and external operations.
• Evaluate compliance with legal, regulatory, operational and IT policies/procedures.
• Support/facilitate customer on-site reviews
• Support special projects and assists with various ad-hoc reporting or analysis as needed
All About You:
• Bachelor's degree with concentration in information technology, accounting or finance
• CISA or other professional IT certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of IT general computer controls and related operations are very helpful
• Ability to multitask, participating in projects and other assignments and assists with various ad-hoc reporting or analysis as needed.
• Previous experience in significant process improvements, with ability to meet project deliverables
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Consulting, Credit Card or Public Accounting preferred
