The Client Service Representative (CSR) will provide customer service and operational support to the Client Management Team. The team supports a division of Fidelity, serving the needs of their High Net Worth Clients.
The Team
Fidelity Family Office Services (FFOS) provides comprehensive technology, wealth management products and service excellence to family offices and their advisors. FFOS is seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR) to join the team to provide customer service and operational support to the Client Management Team.
Fidelity Family Office Services is the business unit that provides custody, brokerage, investment and reporting services to family offices, wealthy families and the advisors that support them. The Expertise You Have
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years in financial asset/brokerage servicing with an emphasis on customer service
• Series 7 & 63 licensing required or obtained within first 6 months
• Proven experience with High Net Worth Client Base is a plus

• You have the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
• You display excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Your proven experience with Fidelity mainframe systems: FBSI, CACTUS, and XTRAC preferred

• Assist with the prefill of applications/forms
• Provide backup phone coverage in times of heavy call volume.
• Actively participate in meetings and operational improvement initiatives
• Able to interact with all levels of management and business partners.
