Essential Functions
• Handles routine transactions such as disbursements, payroll operations, voucher preparation and remittances.
• Prepares and posts detailed journal entries to accounting records.
• Prepares or checks invoices, requisitions and other documents for processing; encodes and obtains approval when necessary.
• Responds and provides resolution to customer inquiries.
• Provides input to management team to maximize production efficiencies.
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
• Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience in a global environment.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Access.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written skills.
• Experience with mainframe system, Oracle preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• High School diploma

• Typically requires 2- 5 years of related experience.
