What You Will Do:
Use your expertise to lead a team of administrative staff assignments and services for the EVP & CFO’s team. You will prioritize and schedule staff resources based on skill-sets required for specific project work and on-going assignments and activities. This position is highly visible and influential, as you will be the key point of contact for senior leaders.

What Success Looks Like:
• Supervise administrative staff to facilitate the day-to-day execution of administrative services.
• Contribute to the preparation and coordination of plans and schedules for stakeholders.
• Schedule staff resources for projects and on-going assignments to ensure the right skills are in place to meet business needs. Rectify delinquencies or miss-matches in administrative support based on skill-sets and need; adapt and reallocate assignments to enhance performance of group.
• Interact with stakeholders at varying levels to support the execution of projects.
• Improve effectiveness of organizational units by making appropriate resources available.
• Handle workforce planning to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Oversee staffing, development, performance management, diversity, and team effectiveness.
• Maintain and ensure confidentiality of highly discreet and private company matters.
What You Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience
• Five years of high level administrative experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Time management skills and the ability to work in a high pressure environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail
• Supervisory experience highly preferred
