We are seeking an Internal Operations Coordinator. The Internal Operations Coordinator supports the office by: filing, scanning and other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
• o High school degree minimum and previous related administrative experience
◦ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Products
◦ Ability to quickly master new software applications as needed.
◦ Possess several key attributes including: client service excellence, clear communication, leading with impact, ability to maintain confidentiality, detail oriented, interpersonal skills, and ownership mindset
◦ Ability to interact with all levels of organization
