Multimedia Account Representative
Job Summary
The candidate will act as liaison between internal departments and the Multimedia and Design Services team of a large fortune 100 corporation. The candidate will act as point of contact between client and production team for initial project discussions. They will initiate the engagement between the client and Multimedia team and assist with project budgets, timelines and expectations from creation to distribution. This person will also maintain an editorial calendar specific to the client’s yearly communications, coordinating the reoccurring projects as well as foreseeing opportunities to engage in new projects based on the client’s yearly communications strategy.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Works with internal clients to obtain scope of project through Project In-take.
• Gathers project information from client regarding budget, timeline, vision and coordinates with Head of Production to assign Producer.
• Accountable for maintaining relationship during entirety of project between client and Multimedia team.
• Resolves issues that might arise and gather additional information or approvals from client when needed from the assigned producer/project manager.
• Works with media manager and producer/project manager at project closure to ensure all project elements are archived.
• Works in Multimedia team's production management software MediaPulse to maintain jobs and keep project information up to date including project status and key project information.
• Maintains editorial calendar on internal client’s yearly communications, keeping up to date with reoccurring projects and foreseeing opportunity for new projects.
• Acts as Studio Ambassador within company.
• Accountable for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and always looking for potential opportunity in which Multimedia and Design Services can assist with new projects.
• Monitors internal corporate intranet and keeps up to date on company happenings to identify potential opportunities to develop new relationships with departments/Employee Groups within company.
Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Multimedia or Corporate Communications
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 software required
• Understanding of MediaPulse software is helpful, but not required
