The Associate Product Manager, CX Journeys will play a significant role in executing the strategy for seamless and connected customer servicing journeys across all channels. The incumbent will be a key member of the Omnichannel strategy team and will work closely with key technology, product, and business partners. He/She will possess outstanding prioritization, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Develop project plans and ensure the scope and approach are fully understood by all partners
• Identify and tracks key project achievements
• Support the Product Manager(s) to ensure in the identification of technical problems, and devise solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment
• Create an environment of continuous improvement through reflective conversation and regular retrospectives, with the goal to surface issues/concerns and to identify clear action steps
• Establish data analysis practice for Omnichannel to clearly define success and failure points and leverage insights to guide feature/capability prioritization and delivery.
• Draft impactful and comprehensive communications, presentations, and talking points for key business reviews, executive presentations, and discussions and lead coordination of communications and facilitates resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to initiatives
• Ensure all systems of record for project reporting are kept current, and direct and monitors work efforts on a regular basis to ensures accurate reflection of project budgets, forecasts and actuals within project and program management tools
• Ensure effective change control procedures and processes are efficiently used to retain control on scope, schedule and cost
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience defining and delivering customer-first products, programs, and features with modern technology - devoted to customer-first thinking
• Shown experience in data analysis and analytical decision-making, with preference for consumer services products
• Self-starter who is able to provide strategic thought leadership and prioritization with limited guidance
• Outstanding influential and collaboration skills; ability to drive consensus and tangible outcomes, demonstrated by breaking down silos and fostering cross-team communication
• Demonstrated project management, organization, and planning skills applied in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with strong personal presence; active listening skills, summarization skills, and lateral thinking to uncover and react to emerging opportunities
• Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec
• Bachelor’s Degree required; computer science or related experience preferred
