A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
• Be an advocate for the organization as a full life cycle recruiter for a growing nationwide industry leader
• Attend monthly internal job fairs as well as network with in the community to attract top talent
• Oversee offer of employments for internal promotions and external candidates
• Make a positive impact to a growing organization by providing outstanding customer service all current and new hire employees
• Partner with Human Resource to enhance employee engagement and manage testimonial program as well as being instrumental in organizations social media platforms

DETAILED JOB DUTIES
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified talent
• Create and foster relationships with universities and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates
• Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house systems to identify and recruit the best candidates
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Create and present pre-screen questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval
• Responsible for interviewing, testing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the Company
• Facilitate offers of employment to potential candidates
• Coordinate face to face and phone interview with hiring mangers
• Post job openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues
• Maintain, distribute all recruiting reports
• Order and monitor all background and credit checks for candidates who have received verbal employment offers
• All other duties assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the mortgage industry
• BS/BA in Human Resources or Business Administration or related discipline required
• Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
• Must be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required
• Ability to recruit for a broad, deep range of positions
• Excellent Microsoft office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet
WORK CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance.
