A. PURPOSE OF JOB
Ability to handle multiple projects, special assignments and other priorities and adjust work accordingly to meet target deadlines
B. JOB DUTIES

This position will be responsible for generating daily metric reports; project tracking; trouble ticket escalations; interact with various business units; conduct weekly status meetings with peers and management; maintain a Health Report which tracks system compliance.
C. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
• Working knowledge and/or experience with Active Directory.
• Deploying Software packages or patches through SCCM, Tanium, or LANDesk.
• Experience with Laptop/Tablet deployments for migrations from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
• Intermediate or Advanced level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• General knowledge of McAfee, and encryption software such as Bitlocker or McAfee End Point Security.
• Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and commitment in accomplishing objectives.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills. Ability to identify a problem, analyze the source and root cause of the problem and recommend viable solutions.
• Ability to communicate information of a complex nature to all levels of management (written and verbal) in easy to understand business language.
• Strong communication skills - oral, written and presentation.
