We are looking for a Digital Producer, Ecommerce to join our Levi’s and Dockers Ecommerce production department and drive operational excellence for the team. You will be the main contact for issues with tools or the customer experience, working cross-functionally to resolve those issues and advocate for enhancements to tools and processes that can improve our customer experience. You will report to our production manager.
About the Job
• Manage site refreshes and web projects in partnership with cross-functional teams to prioritize, troubleshoot and provide communication to business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of web production and release processes, including direct experience with website tools, content management systems and technologies.
• Manage project workflows, timelines and roadmaps for business plans and objectives; maintain optimal production processes to ensure deliverables are met with consistency and accuracy.
• Drive key site ops initiatives, identifying key dependencies to enable successful execution.
• Optimize the operational effectiveness of existing processes by identifying opportunities for improvement
• Enable production team to lead business readiness support for site enhancements; partnering with Product Managers to execute UAT, Training, Test Data, BAU workflows, defect prioritization, communication and post launch activities
• Assess operational plans and technical changes to the site; make decisions based on organizational capacity and brand impact (e.g. coordinate tool/site outages with marketing calendar/upcoming events)
• Build and maintains relationships of both internal and external brand partners
• Lead and enable production team to provide business support for run-ins, production issues and demonstrate effective communication with cross-functional teams, business partners, and senior leadership
• Shares understanding of systems, processes, procedures by defining and training on best practices
• Identify issues or errors on site throughout the customer experience; be first point of contact for cross-functional business teams when content/product and tool issues occur. Work with appropriate teams to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to business teams and leadership.
About You
• BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of detailed task planning and execution experience
• 1-3 years of related online experience with a preference for ecommerce
• Understanding of digital production and release processes, including direct experience with digital tools and technologies
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently and within a multi-functional team
• Experienced user of Hybris, Endeca, Solr or similar web publishing tools
• Experienced with JIRA/Confluence
• Advance Excel user
