We're looking for a Global Digital Asset Producer to manage our Dockers and Levi.com global product detail pages, ensuring that imagery and copy are accurate and delivered on time. With plenty of cross-functional team communication and navigation, our Global Digital Asset Producer will need to be as organized as they are personable. You will report to our production manager.
About the Job
• Complete, on-time delivery of enrichment files (copy and images)
• Establish production schedules for enrichment that align with seasonal launches/refreshes
• Provide accurate enrichment data
• Support the product photography and copy production process
• Perform daily, weekly and seasonal duties to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time and are accurate
• Manage any issues that arise throughout the production process
• Partner with members of the studio team and the digital copywriting team to facilitate the delivery of seasonal copy, samples and image assets
• Partner with site operations team to ensure timely delivery of work based on established timelines and priorities
• Manage the product copy process (in partnership with copy manager) and ensure that copy is updated in web-based tool, delivered to global partners and wholesale partners
• Enhance Product Detail Pages by adding lifestyle alt images
• Secure any missing samples and coordinate return of samples once production is complete
• Champion and represent knowledge of systems, processes and procedures to peers and leadership groups
• Arrange the review and final approval of content; documents feedback and manages changes
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field
• 2+ years of experience successfully delivering results in a project coordinator/manager capacity
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Advanced Excel skills a must (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Strong influence, collaboration, communication and organization skills
• Adaptable and able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic, positive energy and able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs and ladders, reach and twist to gather product pieces for shoots and content creation
