Role responsibilities include:
• Own, develop and monitor photo production schedules for the department.
• Strategize and achieve maximum production per shoot to ensure benefits of additional imagery for all channel usage.
• Negotiate with external suppliers and maintain monthly budget sheets to ensure expenses fall within budgeted allowances. This includes all shoot logistics; talent, location scouts, props, and model bookings.
• Work with Director of Photo Production to streamline production and facilitate post-production.
• Identify emerging model, photographer, and hair/makeup artist talent with an intuitive understanding of the HBC brands and customers for each of our banners.
• Effectively account and project manage assigned jobs while also managing quotes, organizing costs and billing of the jobs. Process department invoices and track billing requests.
• .
• Develop presentation material for concept proposals in regards to photography, models and locations inclusive of multi-channel campaigns.
• For in-house shoots, effectively communicate all creative direction with the studio and build relationship with studio teams to ensure all creative directions and logistics are executed.
• Manage the editorial calendar, coordinating with internal team’s individual calendars.
Professional Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years in production with publishing or photo agency OR worked in luxury fashion
• Maintain and manage budget goals for editorial shoots
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, and In Design
• Any experience with content management tools is a plus
• Comfortable with learning new skills and willing to take on responsibilities as needed by the team

Educational Credentials
Educational background in Photography, Fine Art, Fashion Design or similar discipline
