People Services Intern – Workforce Services (WFS) and People Service Center (PSC)
As a People Services Intern working with WFS and PSC you will learn the front-line HR support for VF. You will learn HR shared services basics including time spent as an HR Call Center Representative supporting all HR functions including payroll, benefits, employee relations and general HR support. You will also learn the Workforce Services Associate tasks including supporting Workday HRIS transactions, new retail store opening, I-9/Everify, follow up with managers and HR to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Providing an extraordinary associate experience! Helping associates with their questions and issues to allow them to focus on supporting their business Ensure accurate HRIS information to allow accurate and timely metrics and reporting
Skills for Success:
Educational/ Position Requirements:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/HR or related field.
• Completed course work
• Technical Skills (i.e. MS Office, HRIS experience/knowledge recommended
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
• Ability to communicate well in writing and over the phone. Spanish speaking/writing a huge plus!
• Ability to read/see/communicate well in written communications for associate correspondence and documentation.
