If this sounds like you, then you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the Footaction community across all social media channels. You will be posting content, ensuring timely response, managing organic and paid social media programs, and ensuring the brand voice is carried out across all of our social media channels. The Manager will consistently report all social media analytics and deliver standard analysis and reporting of all day to day posts, campaigns and the social listening sphere. You will work hand and hand with the E-cares team in Wausau ensuring the best social customer response practices. This position will be charged with growing channels and maximizing our social voice and impressions.
The ideal candidate will have social media experience at a corporation, agency or social channel. He or she should be familiar with all facets of web marketing, including branded content development, social media, digital advertising, and web analytics. The candidate should also possess a strong level of creativity and ability to try and sell new ideas. This position requires extensive collaboration with the e-commerce team to implement initiatives. This person should have a passion for the urban lifestyle, and fashion.
Responsibilities
Content Creation (40%)
• Create and publish content on all social media channels.
• Manage and maintain the day-to-day social media calendar in collaboration with e-commerce, brand and shared teams to execute social strategy for all cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Work with creative, brand, and digital to develop an authentic voice; layout and visual identity
• Manage and grow the brand’s social media influencer program.
• Create and publish assets on the Footaction App.
• Collaborate with the e-customer cares team on social listening and response.
• Stay versed in day to day topics relevant to the business.
• Attend Footaction events and capture live social content.
Paid Strategy (20%)
• Develop and lead paid social marketing programs in association with brand, CRM, data teams, shared services and center of excellence teams which leverage audience targeting and segmentation.
• Create and maintain “alway-on” strategy to continually build social presence and revenue; lead test & learn strategy.
• Responsible and accountable for the daily management of campaigns, including budget and understanding and optimizing performance drivers, A/B testing, creative strategy, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management, creative testing, etc. and providing actionable recommendations based on data.
• Drive innovation of paid social across the enterprise sharing learnings with brand counterparts.
Campaign Strategy (20%)
• Develop & write creative briefs and manage calendars within fast-moving retail environment.
• OWN “alway-on” strategy to continually build and collaborate with brand teams to define what to support.
• Partner with marketing and e-commerce to drive promotions.
• Work with creative, brand and digital to develop brand voice and identity.
• Work with shared services to support larger tier-1, tier-2 initiatives.
Measurement (20%)
• Create weekly and monthly reports on social media statistics and competitor analysis.
• Work with shared services, center of excellence to provide and deliver reporting to teams.
• Manage budget for paid programs and meet expected ROAS metrics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of three years experience in social media at a corporation, agency or social company
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
• Extensive knowledge of all facets of the social space and ability to learn the competitive environment of assigned division
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing requirements and technologies; be comfortable working in a matrix environment
• Experience with web analytics
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Knowledge of Wordpress
• Knowledge of Sprinklr (a plus)
• Retail experience a plus
