Purpose
The position’s key responsibility is to ensure that the apparel product marketing team is supported and organized in day to day tasks and responsibilities. This role is responsible for driving all digital tasks and systems such as DMT, MP, FLEX PLM, as well as managing photography, image approval, F&B’s, Calendar and Sample Orders. In addition, this role is also important in the gathering and sharing of information amongst team members and global regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage a sharepoint solution for updating and regularly sharing apparel specific information to key CBD and globally based internal stakeholders
• Help drive and support all aspects of our MP (Marketing Portal) data base
• Lead the global apparel photography efforts during key stages
• Lead the organization, setup and minutes of key internal meetings, cross functional internal meetings and others . Lead note taker during key internal/external meetings and during bi-weekly region calls, responsible for sending summaries to the teams
• Manage change/add documents throughout the season
• Manage our seasonal competitor analysis review including summary PPT w/ key findings
• Lead the DMT board creation efforts for Spring and Fall seasons, working closely with PM’s
• Ensure our apparel war room, storage room, and key product display areas are clean and organized for maximum impact
• B2B and B2C image approval process
• Assist with managing the sample ordering process including preview samples, SMS, headquarter and brand marketing samples to ensure everyone has their needs
• Hold regular calls with our regions to ensure they are supported

• Understanding of Excel, Word and PPT with the ability to use them to build impactful presentations
Qualifications
1. College Degree, preferably with a focus in Business or Marketing
2. Apparel industry experience preferred
3. Basic knowledge of golf and the overall industry
4. Passion for sports, fashion and growing a global business
