Associate Marketing Manager, Loyalty Marketing, Old Navy
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Old Navy Loyalty Marketing team drives customer growth and affinity for Old Navy brand through our loyalty programs: our private label credit card and soon to be expanding BRIGHT loyalty program. The team is responsible for growth and retention of our best customer segments through marketing efforts across all customer touchpoints. The Associate Manager is an integral part of the team and supports the implementation and management of these cross-functional efforts. This role will serve as a key liaison between the brand, central teams and our external partners.
The team is a data and insight driven function that manages customer engagement through direct and experiential marketing. The role requires strong analytical, project management, and creative abilities across the traditional CRM discipline as well as the skill to develop highly effective cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders within a complex global matrix environment. This position is ideal for a team player who has strong project management, analytical, and marketing skills, and who enjoys relationship building and working across a cross-functional team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Pull weekly reporting and business recapping for Old Navy card performance
·Generate campaign reporting and analysis and communicate results to key business partners
·Analyze and interpret financial data and program results to report in-season traction, inform hindsight and strategy
·Apply multi-channel marketing analytics experience to transform business questions into actionable insights
·Run deep-dive customer analyses to answer business questions to drive loyalty strategies
·Comfortable with owning projects and creating project plan for test initiatives, including identification of key issues, analysis, development of hypotheses and conclusions and presentation of findings
·Support monthly credit card forecasting by providing reporting and analysis
·Develop and manage annual expense budget, open and close POs, forecast and actualize expenses
·Identify and recommend areas of opportunity and ways to maximize marketing program efficiencies and ROI
·Supports both Retention and Acquisition leads by executing ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks
ROLE REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
·3-5+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing or related field
·Strong financial acumen – analytically curious and comfortable with excel, data and spreadsheets
·Exceptional hypothesis driven problem solving and critical thinking skills
·Preferred experience in retail marketing and e-commerce
·Ability to prioritize and work independently while also partnering cooperatively and collaborating with cross-functional teams
·Flexible and able to adapt solutions to evolving needs of the business, customer trends and leadership styles
·Strong organizational and time management skills
·Results-oriented, timeliness, attention to detail and accuracy
·Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills required
·Bachelor’s Degree required
