Designer, Digital, Tom Ford Beauty
Principle Objectives
Assist in creating and developing digital design solutions within budgetary and timetable constraints of all programs. Responsible to maintain and uphold all brand imagery and standards within the company. Projects are usually undertaken and completed under very tight timelines.
Responsibilities
• Report to the Director on all facets of design: inclusive of brand guidelines, promotional program collateral, and digital materials.
• Attend and contributes to development and production meetings as needed. Assist in creation of presentational materials as needed.
• Aid Director and Associate Director in digital design layouts; inclusive of concept presentations, printed materials, digital advertising assets, and management of mechanical.
Qualifications
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field
• 3+ relevant experience within an interactive agency or similar role as an in-house digital designer within an in-house creative team with a strong design background in typography, photography, layout and mechanical production
• Self-motivated, highly organized, innovative, and able to multi-task under pressure in fast paced environment
• Extensive familiarity with social media, digital advertising and video platforms on all formats (desktop, mobile and tablet).
• Strong understanding of current digital trends in both design and development
• Proficient in use of MAC environment with technical knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects) as well as Keynote and PowerPoint
• Very strong experience with HTML5 & CSS3, comfortable working with basic JavaScript and jQuery
• Fashion, beauty, luxury, retail and/or e-commerce development experience preferred
