As the Acquisition Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the buying and execution of our direct response media, analyzing campaign results and vendor relationships.
What you'll do...
• Manage, set-up, execute and analyze paid media plans and budgets with strict ROI goals across all key media channels (paid social, search, display/retargeting, native, mobile, podcast, direct mail) to meet campaign objectives
• Work closely with agencies and media vendors to optimize campaign performance on a weekly basis after analyzing performance data
• Develop and execute strategic A/B testing framework for creative and landing page testing
• Continually evaluate, research and test new opportunities
• Create and communicate WorkFront requests for copy and design team
• Create shot lists requests for photo team
• Define and develop success metrics appropriate to campaign goals
• Deliver weekly spend updates for MPR and accounting accrual purposes
• Analyze campaign results and deliver findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support sales forecasting to project media performance KPIs and revenue
• Be at the forefront in understanding media trends and bringing in first-to-market opportunities with publishers
• Implement ad tagging, ad trafficking, QA and troubleshooting issues internally and/or with external partners
• Implement media pixels
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with publishers and vendors
• Manage monthly budgets and spending reconciliations
• Manage informative docs (like promotion details) to ensure partners have the latest information
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including legal, creative, business intelligence, product and merchandising to deepen understanding of the business and deliver outstanding results

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• Have 3-4 years of performance/direct response experience
• Have deep domain experience and proven track record driving large ROI-focused acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels
• Are deeply analytical and numbers focused
• Have the ability to see patterns in data and dig into tables and spreadsheets to find opportunities and insights
• Are proficient in paid media platforms such as AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Omniture and 3rd party mobile app tracking platforms
• Have exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Have effective multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Have an interest in fashion and retail
