We're looking for an Operations Analyst to support our Product Development (PD) operations team by managing the Commercial Samples issuance process and designing the database for operations reporting. The analyst will also help manage our go-to-market calendar and operations process, tools and reports.
About the Job
Commercial Samples
• Issue and manage Commercial Sample Purchase Orders (POs) for all sample types (CS, AD, D0, SRT) and all brands, segments, and affiliates
• Manage Service Entries in SAP for canceled PO units
• Train Sourcing (SSM) team on Commercial Sample process
Product Operations Data Management and Reporting
• Conduct business analyses to understand Global Product business users’ goals related to data and reporting
◦ Update and report metrics for operational dashboards
◦ Compile and prepare all input for reporting and materials utilized for operational reviews
◦ Maintain the database environment and ensure data integrity
• Design data management approach for key product information
• Maintain seasonal placement files for cross-functional hand-offs
• Maintain Product Development Operations shared document site
• Manage ad-hoc projects. Prepare presentation materials, reporting and analyses
Product Development Process
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and manage data maps for key cross-functional processes, supporting our go-to-market operating model
• Learn and enhance logic for seasonal PD GTM calendar
• Prepare and distribute PD GTM calendar updates and upcoming GTM activities
• Manage logistics which includes scheduling recurring and ad-hoc meetings, preparing meeting materials and capturing and distributing meeting notes
About You
• Ability to build productive relationships with collaborators
• Minimum 3 years of work experience involved in organizing and manipulating large amounts of data using spreadsheet applications, with ability to navigate through various interfaces
• Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
• Advance level of proficiency with Excel and experience using Power Point
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Garment production and/or product development experience preferred
