Vans CLM Loyalty Summer Intern: Become the Newest Member of the Vans Family
As the CLM Loyalty Intern, you will work with cross functional partners to discover opportunities to align on marketing plans to promote Vans Family, as a mobile-first experience, to members in the United States. You will establish a new business processes for connecting consumers to the Vans brand with the goal of building an authentic community. This is your opportunity to personalize and put your own Vans love on our Vans Loyalty Program.
How You Will Make a Difference:
• • Gather insights from cross functional business partners to better understand their needs for marketing product and brand stories.
• • Define a strategy, tactics, and timeline for launching campaigns that will leverage social media influencers to help drive loyalty members to engage with Vans Family content.
• • Assist in the development and production of content calendars for the Vans Family program.
• • Assist the development of metrics to evaluate effectiveness of programs and measure KPI’s.
• • Develop community program that builds awareness and engagement for the Vans Family social program; assist in creating assets and supporting materials to execute programs.
• • Be able to clearly and effectively communicate thoughts and ideas in a timely manner, to both cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners.
Skills for Success:
Educational/ Position Requirements:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 0-1 year
• One previous internship experience desired.
• Currently enrolled full time or graduated within one year from an accredited education institution.
• A strong participation level and/or interest in various action sports, street culture, music and/or art.
• An independent thinker and ability to contribute in an independent environment.
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
• Travel by air and overnight, as required 10% amount of time.
• Lifting and/or bending 10 pounds amount of weight.
