Are you ready to set the standard for Premium and Luxury online shopping?
Main purpose of the CS Admin role:
Provide thorough onboarding training for new hires and ongoing training classes for all customer service agents. Partner with HR to ensure material and delivery maximize staff retention of information, allowing agents to recall information with ease. Develop follow-up training material for training existing customer service representatives. Manage documentation of policies, procedures and training manual to ensure instructions are user friendly and comprehensive.
The Details:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Able to navigate proficiently through multiple systems including our console, Dazzle and UPS
• Pulling inventory from our warehouse. Familiarity with measuring clothing and simple picture taking to document details for our customers
• Produce shipping labels for outgoing packages, as well as creating customer returns
• Able to correct domestic and international addresses within the invalid address console
• Keep current with all new policies and procedures
• Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution. Work together with other Customer Service team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction
Required competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work independently
• Computer proficiency
• Knowledge of apparel construction and fabrication and various fashion categories
• Detailed and organized record keeping
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Apparel industry experience preferred
• Type 40+ words per minute
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• UPS Quantum View / label creation
• FedEx online portal label creation (manual)
• Experience with Gmail
• General email etiquette
