Main purpose of the Customer Service and Operations Coordinator role:
This is a full time role for a candidate who processes strong customer-facing skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset to support wholesale functions within a fast-growing company. This position will work directly with the Customer Service and Operations Supervisor to coordinate wholesale orders, service accounts, and assist with essential reporting.
Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Provide customer support to wholesale accounts
• Perform all order functions in AIMS (database) from entry to RAs to invoicing
• Monitor inventory levels and receive new product in AIMS
• Run reports and analyze data as needed
• Work with external showrooms regarding customer care and seasonal orders
• Work with warehouse team to coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Work with Accounting team to capture payments in a timely manner

• Must be able and willing to lift and carry up to 10 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as, bending, stooping, reaching squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Minimum Qualifications:
• Previous work or internship experience in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Gmail
• Working knowledge of Excel functions
• Bachelor’s degree, AA or related technical training
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of AIMS
• 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate fashion environment
• Experience with internet-based console/systems/database a plus
• Bachelor’s degree, AA or related technical training
