Overview
Anthropologie is looking to hire an Associate Marketing Manager to oversee our product centric marketing campaigns. This role will work with cross functional teams to develop + execute omni-channel branded campaigns and special projects focused on supporting our Womens business. This role requires a passionate brand marketer who loves Anthropologie! We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, detail-oriented collaborator who looks to take ownership over projects and ensure successful delivery. The individual must exhibit excellent organizational skills, strong creativity, flawless attention to detail, and an extreme solutions oriented approach.
Responsibilities
• Be the Go-To for Apparel & Womens Brand Marketing
• Build and maintain seasonal marketing calendars focused on product offering and business goals
• Partner with Merchandising to identify + clearly communicate seasonal product and new initiative needs
• Deliver omnichannel 360 marketing campaigns that meet overall business objectives, provide an engaging customer experience, and deliver results.
• Collaborate with Marketing (events, partnerships and promotions), Editorial, Creative, Social and PR teams on campaign development, focusing on developing customer centric content that is compelling and intuitive.
• Brief in cross functional teams on tactical and messaging needs
• Coordinate the workflow and communication between all parties involved in planning stages, development, and execution of the campaign, including leading meetings, regular follow up, and providing creative solutions.
• Gain feedback and approvals for marketing initiatives
• Identify key metrics and analysis needs for each campaign.
• Forecast and manage budgets
• Bring new ideas to the table as our expert in apparel market trends, competitor landscape and emerging opportunities
• Identify potential partnership and co-branding opportunities
• Develop and nurture relationships with key home office teams to optimize initiatives, including Creative, Social, Digital Marketing, PR, Events, Partnerships, Styling Services and merchants
• Support seasonal brand campaigns and ongoing brand initiatives (e.g. Holiday, Mother’s Day, Teacher’s Appreciation)
Skills
• 4-5 years of marketing experience required
• Prior fashion and/or retail brand experience required
• Experience managing or working with x-functional teams on collaborative projects
• Proven track record of building marketing campaigns from the ground up
• Digitally savvy; solid understanding of social and digital marketing platforms and ability to leverage for larger campaigns
• Expert collaborator, communicator and presenter required
• Willingness to self-educate on the business is critical
• Bachelor’s degree required in a business or marketing-related field
• Strong business acumen, organizational skills and self-starter required
• Strong ability to influence
