Customer Marketing Support, 12 - Month Intern
Location:NYC
Responsibilities:
• Own all account specific DPM and Sharepoint entry and execution
• Assist in all account specific personalization, beauty service, Influencer programs and retail event planning and execution.
• Assist the Customer Marketing leads in some account meeting preparation with responsibility for comps and samples
• Responsible for the maintenance and distribution of all shopper trackers for account.
• Assist Customer Marketing leads to ensure all customer/ shopper engagement plans are executed at all key accounts
• Support Customer Marketing leads and NAMs
• Customer meeting preparation
• Work collaboratively with members of the brand squad and creative team
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
• Senior year of University or must have graduated within the last 12 months
• Previous internships in beauty or customer support preferred but not required
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams
Competencies:
• Project management
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Drive for activation
