Summer 2019 Innovation Intern
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assists in execution of all innovation tests in local lab store(s)
• Researches innovative test ideas and coordinates scheduling of vendor calls to explore potential partnerships
• Coordinates weekly design and touch base meetings by aligning schedules and owning the agendas
• Owns and executes at least one test from start to finish – engages key stakeholders, proposes measures of success, develops execution plan, facilitates hindsight, and provides recommendation
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Retail Industry
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Internships will begin summer 2019 (mid-to-late May) and last for 12 weeks
• All interns are full-time, paid positions
• All interns must be able to pay for their own housing and transportation while in Columbus
• Only the candidates who meet the internship requirements will be contacted for interviews
• All interns will be required to complete a project at the end of the internship program
• Relocation expenses will not be covered by DSW
