KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Packaging + Product:
• Owns the packaging system across all of our products, ensuring clear communication of fit, technology, and innovation
• Works with Packaging & Labels team to ensure timely packaging updates
• Supports Manager, Product Marketing Strategy for large-scale product or category launches, as needed
• Facilitates legal clearance for all naming initiatives
• Supports Editorial and Creative team for naming initiatives by gathering product samples, as needed
• Manages in-season requests and updates to existing packaging placements
• Maintains record of all existing systems and current versions for all markets (US, Canada, Mexico, China) as well as new markets as the brand expands
• Manages new packaging system roll outs from inception to creative approval, as needed
• Facilitates any store set-ups to test new packaging
• Participates as the subject matter expert within the Marketing team for the packaging system
Men’s Divisional Content:
• Support Marketing Manager in content planning and execution for all Men’s divisional needs across omnichannel placements, including:
◦ Site product and storytelling content
◦ Email product and storytelling content
◦ Product-driven store signage
KEY EXPERIENCES:
• 2-3 years of experience in online consumer marketing; content marketing experience required
• Proven ability to translate product stories into compelling marketing messages; a natural storyteller
• Strategic, data-driven, global thinker with a customer focused mindset
• Solid analytical skills, ability to glean insights and tell a story from data
• Strong ability to prioritize on the go while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Team player with top notch people skills who can foster dynamic relationships with other cross functional teams, including but not limited to: Merchandising, Production, Creative, Styling & Photo Production, Visual Merchandising
• High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changeable environment, comfortable with ambiguity
• Laser focused on results both at an individual level and for the team at large
• Self-starter with an innate sense of curiosity and eagerness to test and learn
• Experience in fashion and retail strongly preferred
• BA/BS required
