Senior Associate, Global Brand Management- Red Fleece

The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a Sr. Associate of Global Brand Management located at our Madison Ave. offices. The Sr. Associate,Global Brand Management is responsible for executing a global assortment strategy that aligns with the brand vision/ strategy as defined by the executive team.
Responsibilities include:
• Gathering global insight, consumer and competitive observations to identify gaps in the market and growth opportunities aligned with the brand vision, resonate with the global customer, and drive revenue
• Direct the Regional Brand Managers on key seasonal messages and looks to ensure the brand vision remains consistent on a global level
• Educate key cross functional partners on the assortment strategy to drive and ensure the alignment through all key milestones and calendar activities
• This role requires expertise in driving an on line brand
Accountabilities:
• Own the global assortment strategy that aligns with the brand vision/ strategy as defined by the Executive Team
• Create strategic Product Maps which will grow/ advance sales for a classification or business and reflect the brand position
• Ensure the brand vision is understood and followed through by all channels at each critical milestone
• Effectively communicate the vision for the season by highlighting key messages rankings as they relate to the assortment
• Ensure Regional Brand Managers understand and support a unified strategic brand message each season through communication and education
• Drive style ranking through Planner to build US assortment
• Communicate and coordinate key messages/items to all areas of marketing Web/Social/Print/Stores
• Create a store training document to educate store associates and international partners on key messages, features and benefits
• Partner with visual on store set documents and window direction
Skills/Requirements
Preferred Experience & Technical Proficiency:
• 5+ years of experience in the growth and development with an online/eCommerce brand
• Organizational and detail-oriented
• Results oriented
• Cooperative and collaborative team member, developing strong relationships
• Fluency in retail math
• Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Excellent communication skills
• Be a Change Agent
• Ability to Influence cross functionally within the Organization
