TJX Community Relations (CR) creates value for our business and communities through support of key social issues. The Community Relations function manages company philanthropic activities, including TJX foundation grants, volunteerism and charitable events.
We have an essential opportunity for a Community Relations Operations Manager to develop, implement and manage operational processes across TJX Community Relations and The TJX Foundation to ensure effectiveness and overall function efficiency with a particular focus on grantmaking operations.

Through your operational expertise and process excellence, you will ensure a high level of partner satisfaction with TJX Community Relations giving recipients and internal business stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
• Administers and monitors Foundation grants to support CR programs
• Adheres to established guidelines to ensure compliance with corporate standards and associated government regulations.
• Maintain accuracy of records for all gift requests including both past financial gifts and declined requests
• Overall management of the Blackbaud GIFTS system.
• Support program measurement functionality with systematic data management and reporting capabilities
• Serve as key contact to 3rd party vendors as needed for community relations operations activities
• Prepare materials for the TJX Foundation Advisory Board as needed under the direction of CR leadership
• Accountable for the TJX audit of Foundation Giving.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve and streamline core operational processes for effective and efficient program implementation.
• Attract, retain, develop and supervise talent by creating an inclusive environment that provides direction, continuous learning and commitment to a common vision and shared values.
• Provide candid, timely developmental feedback to all team members.
• Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Skills & Experience
• 5 years corporate Operations Management experience with additional required Grant Administration experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated skill building productive relationships, engaging, influencing and managing stakeholders at all levels within a matrix organization
• Developed experience building and leading teams
• Strong communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
• Ability to manage multiple programs/projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities
• Strong organizational and follow through skills, with focus on attention to detail
• Understanding of legal and compliance considerations related to grant making
• Strong analytic and measurement skills
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite and database management program/s
• Experience with grant making software, Blackbaud GIFTS program system strongly preferred
