Description
The US Marketing Manager will creatively develop data and insight-driven marketing strategies/plans, and can also execute on time, in full and on budget.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Provide analytical insights, develop and implement marketing programs.
• Innovate, develop and execute against all product initiatives. Must be a self-starter.
• Knowledge of, advertising and sales and their marketability, sales and expense budgets, inventory, profit and loss.
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences, Company products goals and objectives.
• Strong knowledge of digital and social media landscape and channels, including influencer networks.
• Working knowledge of SEM, SEO.
• Nielsen, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of administration and project management skills.
• 5+ years relevant work experience in marketing or brand management.
• Experience in color cosmetics and/or beauty and/or personal care categories a plus.
• Marketing plan management experience.
