Position Summary:
Leads Global Brand Insights and Analytics Team for fragrance portfolio and brands to drive value for Group President, and Brand and Retail Partners. The Executive Director, Insights and Analytics and Consumer Engagement will lead integration of Insights, Analytics and CRM to drive action from innovation, activation to enhanced omni-channel experiences that results in business growth and elevated brand desirability. In addition, leads Consumer Insights team for corporate portfolio and brand in fragrance to put consumers & shoppers in the center of everything we do. The Executive Director, Insights and Analytics will create synergy and champion best practices.
This role will develop and deploy global best practices across media, content, influencer and retail to enable Consumer Engagement executional excellence across Global Brands.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Context and Scope:
•Global footprint, more complex, key stakeholders involved
•Responsible for portfolio of ~$2.5B
•JML, ELCV Fragrance Brands, Le Labo, By Killian, Frederic Maille, Tom Ford and managing portfolio of ADF and new fragrance brands
Brands (50%)
•Spearhead integration of Insights, Analytics and CRM and pilot new Consumer Insights to Action Model in the fragrance brands to drive action based on insights & trends that results in share growth, consumer trial and loyalty. Continue to drive brand equity, big idea and superior product stories of brands through profound consumer insights, trends and competitor intelligence
•Direct a team of Global resources to bring the voice of the Consumer/Shopper into the heart of the fragrance portfolio and brands and their respective business processes, from Brand Strategy to Innovation to Marketing planning and in Market execution.
•Deliver brand dedicated consumer insights to action for the following brands: JML, ELCV Fragrance Brands, Le Labo, By Killian, Frederic Maille, Tom Ford and new fragrance brands
Portfolio (40%)
•Work with stakeholders to drive category strategy, manage overall fragrance portfolio and ADF portfolio of brands
•Lead Global Brand Insights and Analytics Team for fragrance portfolio and brands to drive value to Brand and Retail Partners.
•Drive portfolio optimization and facilitate the development of brand positioning for existing and newly acquired brands to meet growth expectations
•Continue to evolve consumer insights methodology and to add social listening into the arsenal so that consumer and market understanding becomes a competitive advantage for the brands
•Provide coaching, mentoring, and development of talent of the Insights and Analytics area.
•Act as a conduit for best practice and work closely with Global colleagues to share ideas and initiatives that deliver competitive advantages/step changes in portfolio performance.
Consumer Engagement (10%)
•Operationalize new consumer engagement capabilities in the brands through strong partnerships and effective pilots that drive learnings and results. Partner with Global Brand Presidents, Global Consumer Engagement leads, affiliates and regions, and other key stakeholders.
•Build capabilities and disseminate global best practices in consumer engagement across all relevant touch points to enable execution with excellence across brands with primary focus on content and influencer marketing and integration to media

Qualifications
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 15+

•Leads Enterprise initiatives
•Domestic and international consumer insights experience and consumer insights experience that integrates methodologies with business strategies to inspire action to drive revenue, brand desirability and enhance consumer experience
•Must be able to lead people in a collaborative manner that develops talent and delivers exceptional results
•Must be able to leverage and collaborate with other Corporate Functions including but not limited to Corporate Strategy, Corporate Innovation to integrate all insights and analytics for the brands
