Overview
Responsibilities include a key role in delivering financial analysis for one of URBN's business channels as well as ad-hoc analysis in the support of the dynamic growth strategies and goals determined by the brand leaders.
Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing financial/business support to brand and department leadership teams
◦ Prepare performance results and summaries for key initiatives
◦ Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed to analyze key drivers
◦ Ensure integrity of ongoing reporting for use and distribution among home office department and executive-level management
◦ Prepare report packets for distribution
◦ # Submit and validate entries to financial reporting system for accuracy
# Create and maintain templates for all channels (stores, direct and wholesale)
# Support cross-functional team analysis in preparation of budget assumptions
Qualifications
• Advanced Excel skills required, strong working knowledge PowerPoint a must; database management experience a plus
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership, proactive problem solving skills
• Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced, action-oriented environment
