AINY Guest Relations Coordinator- On Call
Description
Position Summary:
Aveda, America’s premier creator and marketer of plant-based haircare, skincare, make-up, PureFume™ and lifestyle products seeks an Guest Relations Coordinator (Part-Time) to provide excellent interpersonal relations with all Institute guests, students and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist high volume of guests upon arrival and departure
• Resolve guest challenges independently with fair and positive resolution
• Process service sales transactions / responsible and accountable for daily revenues
• Ensure maximum booking capacity through knowledge and understanding of Salon Biz and Aveda Institute policies and procedures
• Suggest additional services and treatments when making guest reservations
Qualifications
Education:
• High school diploma required.
• Cosmetology license preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years customer service.
Other:
• Must have flexible availability, Monday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
• Previous computer experience.
• Minimum typing speed 30 wpm.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Familiar with cosmetology terminology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
