Manager, Levi's Retail Brand Environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, process-minded, creative Visual Merchandiser.
Job Duties:
• Work with Store Design to review new store opening maps to ensure planned fixtures meet capacity and merchandising needs.
• Identify quantities to be purchased for new store openings: mannequins; valance signage; graphic frames; plants/décor; risers; Parklet fixtures; accessories hardware.
• Work with Merchandising and Brand Environment Teams to zone product assortment within new store opening/renovation store maps, based on current seasonal direction.
• Create detailed wall elevations with folded and hanging product direction, as well as décor placement, Graphics, to be used by Construction Team, store opening Operational & Brand Environment Teams to set the store.
• Travel to new store openings/renovations to lead team in executing product placement, train & develop staff in Visual Merchandising brand standards, and lead vendor installation of graphics and décor.
• Manage details for older stores in the fleet: fixture, graphics and décor updates; large-scale product re-zoning.
• File management of current store fleet maps and photos.
• Provide direction and feedback to Store Design on developing new fixtures.
• Assist with Home Office & local San Francisco store display set-ups, as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years Visual Merchandising execution In-store and/or Corporate
• Mannequin styling & window execution
• Training and leading staff
• Spatial assortment planning: Store Zoning Maps; Wall Elevations; Product & Fixture Placement
• Working cross-functionally: Store Design; Construction; Operations; Merchandising; Planning; Allocations; Marketing; Graphic Design
• Ability to follow creative direction & brand aesthetic an adapt and apply to Windows and in-store executions
• Has the ability to project manage through multiple connected workstreams
• Comfortable with Adobe Suite: Illustrator; InDesign; Photoshop
• Spreadsheet management: Microsoft Excel
• File management
• Self-motivated with ability to work in ambiguity and still drive forward.
• Strong writing communications skills to ensure that directives are clear and easy to understand
• Excellent prioritization and problem solving abilities.
