Job Summary
The Associate Shoot Producer will support and partner with the Shoot Producer in the production of global photography and video shoots. The ideal candidate will assist with trafficking, production support and retouching. Additionally, the Associate Shoot Producer will assist with global content distribution of product display, lifestyle, still-life, social media, and ecommerce photography.
Essential Responsibilities
• Support Shoot Producer with planning and execution of all shoots, including pre-production meetings, style-out sessions, and production logistics, such as: casting, location scouting, permits, travel + lodging for talent teams, contract and usage negotiations, and billing.
• Responsible for managing multiple shoot schedules for Ecommerce, TOMS Catalog, Social Media and Product Display Pages.
• Partner with Traffic Team to ensure global photoshoots have up to date details in the Workfront project management tool inclusive of assignments, calendars, production timelines, delivery dates and workload.
• Responsible for global imagery data base including archiving, naming, publishing, tagging metadata and releasing to DAM; responsible for tracking and archiving contracts and usage; accountable for maintaining all current photography process documents.
• Responsible for sample inventory management.
• Produces Product Display in-house photo shoots including: pre-production logistics, unpacking samples, identifying discrepancies while ensuring art direction is followed, as needed.
• Responsible for management of post-production process on all Ecommerce site images and content, including managing discrepancy reports from Shoe and Eyewear Production teams and managing retoucher to correct sample images; manages final color grading for all campaign and workbook shoots, including applying the designed filter via Lightroom to the images.
• Track and manage all retouching of photography for global campaigns, inclusive of gathering retouching comments from key stakeholders (Marketing, Giving and Product Development) and communicating comments to retoucher; responsible for managing all subsequent revisions to completion of project.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, collaborative and flexible.
• Extremely organized: with archiving of contracts, coding of finances, reporting on cost efficiencies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• Computer skills: EXCEL skills required.
• Strong attention to detail
• Project management experience
• Travel Requirement – 5%
Education and Experience
• 1+ years in Shoot and Video Production
• Ability to retouch in Photoshop required
• Lightroom
