JOB DESCRIPTION
Levi Strauss & Company is pursuing a global strategy to become a best-in-class eCommerce retailer. This is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded digital marketing superstar: the successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Docker’s eCommerce businesses.
This position provides support in managing the portfolio of online performance marketing channels to drive revenue and customer acquisition on Dockers.com and Wholesale eCommerce sites. This role involves working closely with cross-functional team members as well as external vendors. This role will report to the Sr Marketing Manager, Ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage portfolio of performance marketing channels including paid search, display comparison shopping engines, affiliate, and paid social. This includes channel strategy, KPI setting, media planning, forecasting, creative development, budget allocation, analysis, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate organic search results (SEO) and performance to improve rankings.
• Manage all phases of the digital media planning and asset creation process, including strategy development, agency briefing, creative development, and assurance of delivery to campaign goals
• Assist in the management of agency partners to monitor budget pacing, weekly performance reports, and delivery of traffic and revenue goals
• Collaborate with merchant, site creative, CRM, web analytics, operations and other eCommerce partners to deliver ongoing business results to meet sales forecasts and business needs.
• Stay abreast of media and industry trends and share relevant learnings and use cases to relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with local and global integrated marketing teams, including Brand and Retail, to ensure alignment in consumer experience and identify opportunities for operational and performance efficiencies.
• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate performance against forecast and share performance data to business partners and stakeholders.
• Be internal champion of performance marketing for Docker’s brand.
• Manage and execute ad hoc projects as needed.
• Achieve the goal of delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right time, in the right channel.
Basic Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a consumer facing digital marketing role, preferably in an eCommerce environment. Hands-on experience with key performance marketing channels. Experience managing agencies to deliver results. Proven record of managing a sizable budget and building marketing programs at scale.
• Experience using web analytics tools such as Omniture / Site Catalyst.
• Energy and enthusiasm to drive high-growth business. Must be self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be excellent at using data to power marketing decision-making.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about apparel and eCommerce.
