Job Description
Professional will be responsible for a range of operational and project coordination duties as a liaison and facilitator between the production, planning, store operations, visual, distribution and logistics departments to resolve and aid with complex business issues.
• Maintain, track, and communicate Supply Chain projects to include status & budget thru completion (i.e. hard product launches, Transfers, Special request, etc.).
• Compile, track and communicate statuses for all SC reporting (RTV's, Pullbacks, Floor set, and Receipts).
• Responsible for creating and transmitting all RTV/Pullback transfers.
• Assist in forecasting In-Transit report and Accruals; reporting forecast to Finance.
• Liaison and owner of PD/SC metrics; coordinating and reporting.
• Maintains Supply Chain meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Maintains Floor set calendar.
• Gather and calculates data from a variety of sources to produce Ad hoc reports for management; ensures reports are accurate, relevant, complete, and prepared on schedule
• Pivotal role for back up to SC Manager.
• Works independently on tasks that require detailed investigation, analysis and problem solving.
• Leadership presentation, meeting packets, power point decks and initiative communications.
• Coordinates meetings/events with meals and special requirements.
• Assists and Tracks departmental budgets.
• Lead coordinator for project and meeting coordination.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a directly related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills required
• Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Ability to coordinate and integrate goals and information across business teams
• Strong balance between strategic and tactical abilities
• Excellent project management, planning and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow up
• Proven problem solving skills with ability to identify, analyze and resolve supply chain issues.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) with ability to implement and conduct training programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member and interact with all levels in a cross functional environment
• Ability to meet or exceed deadlines, prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
