The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for an Ecommerce, Sr. Specialist of Product Management, located at our Madison Ave. offices. The Sr. Specialist of Project Management will ensure the overall coordination, status reporting, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed-upon time, scope, and resource requirements.
This person coordinates work performed by internal and external developers / partners by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs / impact assessments. We are looking for someone who can develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, vendor management, risk management, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Experience in coordinating elements of communication and change/process management related to project outcomes across the organization as needed.
Key Accountabilities:
• Support the full project life-cycle from conception to release by leading cross-functional teams (business, operations, marketing, creative, user experience, quality assurance, customer service, IT, and development) to successfully deliver new website initiatives on time and in-scope
• Groom and prioritize product backlog based on business value
• Ensure the overall coordination, execution, and status reporting of Mobile App related work efforts from a development and marketing perspective
• Collaborate with content planning & strategy team to support digital lifestyle and promotional content across the site
• Effectively and proactively communicate relevant project information to superiors, and regularly interface with international stakeholders and business leads across the organization
• Focus on foundational work relations and deliverables with 3rd party partners
• Develop and maintain all project documentation
Skills/Requirements
Preferred
Experience& Technical Proficiencies:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (business, IT, computer science, project management)
• 3-5 years experience in digital / eCommerce product or project management
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of development project lifecycle and of relevant eCommerce UX and best practices
• Proven experience in risk assessment, process improvement, and time/resource management
• Ability to build and maintain cross functional relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Familiar with A/B testing methodologies
• Familiar with Jira / Confluence is a plus
